Services

PermaClean Solutions LLC provides commercial and residential cleaning services across South Florida. All services are subject to an on-site walkthrough and written quote. Final pricing is determined during the walkthrough based on square footage, scope, frequency, and service level.

Quotes & Pricing

Online estimates from our quote calculator are approximate ranges only and do not constitute a binding offer. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after your free on-site walkthrough. All quoted prices are flat-rate — no hourly billing, no hidden fees.

Make-It-Right Promise

If you're not satisfied with a cleaning, contact us within 24 hours and we will re-clean the flagged areas at no additional charge. This is our sole warranty and remedy. We do not offer refunds for completed services but will always make it right.

Scheduling & Cancellation

Recurring service agreements can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No auto-renewal traps. One-time services (deep cleans, post-construction, move-out) require 48 hours' cancellation notice to avoid a trip charge.

Liability

PermaClean Solutions LLC takes reasonable care with your property. In the event of accidental damage during service, we will work with you to repair or replace the affected item. Our liability is limited to the direct cost of repair or replacement, not to exceed the value of the cleaning contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from services provided by PermaClean Solutions LLC shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
