Full rough + final + touch-up for most commercial projects lands in this range. Ground-up commercial with heavy millwork, glass, and polished concrete lands higher. Light tenant fit-outs and refresh projects land at the low end. Residential renovations and custom homes scope separately — typically $0.40–$1.20/sqft.

72-hour re-visit included with final clean. We can phase billing to match your draw schedule. Walkthrough is free and we can mobilize same-week.

How do you handle fine construction dust?

HEPA-filtered vacuums on every surface — floors, ceilings, top of casework, inside cabinets, HVAC registers, light fixtures. Tack-cloth wipe-downs on finished millwork. Multiple passes over 48 hours to catch settling dust. Fine construction dust keeps appearing for days after "done" — we account for that in the scope. The 72-hour re-visit is specifically to catch the dust that settles between final clean and walkthrough.

Can you hit tight turnover timelines?

Yes. We've done next-morning turnover cleans on tenant fit-outs where the GC finished at 10pm and ownership had walk-through at 9am. For realistic scoping: rough clean takes a day per 2,500 sqft, final clean another half that. Call us early in your construction schedule — we block crews 2-3 days out, not 2-3 weeks. If you're on a tight CO deadline, tell us the critical path and we'll staff to hit it.

Do you work against a punch list?

Absolutely. Send your punch list or walkthrough notes and we turn them into our checklist. We photo-document completion for GC sign-off and re-visit for owner walk-through touch-up at no additional charge (within 72 hours of final clean). No drama about re-cleans — that's what the first 72 hours are for. If architect or owner flags something outside our scope, we tell you honestly and quote it as a separate line.

Do you handle disposal of construction debris?

Light debris — yes, included. Heavy debris, demolition waste, or hazardous materials — no, that's GC territory. We'll remove bagged trash, cardboard, wrapping, sawdust, and protective floor paper. If your site still has 2x4 cutoffs, drywall scraps, or fixture boxes, those need to be hauled before we start the final clean. We can coordinate with your dumpster vendor if helpful.

Residential vs. commercial post-construction — any difference?

Yes. Residential is higher-touch — inside appliances, interior window tracks, closet shelving detail, paint-overspray removal from fixtures. Commercial is volume-focused — pristine open floor, scuff-free baseboards, HVAC-ready ceilings. We do both, and we build the scope by project type during walkthrough. Mixed-use projects get both standards applied to appropriate zones — lobbies commercial-grade, residential units residential-grade.
