Range reflects frequency, scope depth, floor type, and restroom/kitchen load. Nightly scopes on hard-floor-heavy offices sit near the low end. Weekly deep-clean scopes on carpeted creative spaces sit near the top. Most mid-size professional offices land around $0.10–$0.12.

High-traffic lobbies, medical-adjacent admin, and client-facing spaces almost always need nightly. We'll tell you honestly during the walkthrough what frequency actually fits — and we'll flag when you're over-paying for a schedule you don't need.
Lead crew member holds the key, fob, or alarm code. Every crew member is background-checked before their first shift. We log in and out on a shared timesheet, follow your alarm protocol exactly, and never share access credentials. If you use a guest WiFi or access card system, we work with whatever you have.

If your firm has an ESG commitment or employees with sensitivities (asthma, fragrance allergies), we switch to low-VOC, fragrance-free products at no upcharge — just note it during the walkthrough and we'll document the product list on your scope sheet.
