Absolutely. Pre-event setup clean, post-event teardown, and board-meeting prep. Owner's Clubs, holiday parties, HOA annual meetings, and resident events — we show up before and after. Just give us the community calendar and we build it into the schedule. Major events (200+ guests) may have a modest per-event surcharge documented up front.
Yes. Monthly cleaning logs, issue flags (fixture damage, supply shortages, graffiti, safety issues), and photo documentation on request. We built reporting for boards who need to justify vendor spend at the annual meeting — not bury it. Your property manager gets a clean paper trail every month.
We're a registered Florida LLC. General liability and workers' comp are in the final stages of binding — certificates will be provided before first service and filed in your management office. We'll never start work at your community without documented coverage in your files. When you ask for a COI, you get it same-day.
